VetMinds Solutions (“VetMinds Solutions”, “we”, “our”, “us”) is a registered Free Zone Establishment (FZE) licensed in the Emirate of Sharjah, United Arab Emirates. Our licensed activities include marketing services, business consultancy, continuing education and training, recruitment support, and other veterinary industry-focused services and solutions. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website, digital platforms, membership programs, and all related services (collectively, the “Platform”). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. We may update these Terms from time to time, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Use of the Platform

You may use the Platform solely for lawful and legitimate purposes consistent with its intended use. You agree not to engage in fraudulent activities or misrepresent the source of any data; violate any local or international laws, including but not limited to laws governing intellectual property, data protection, and anti-spam; impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your identity or affiliation; use the Platform to transmit harmful, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable content; attempt unauthorized access to the Platform, servers, or any User account data (hacking); or interfere with Platform functionality, bypass security measures, or attempt to overload the system. We reserve the right to terminate or restrict access without notice in cases of misuse, security risk, or breach of these Terms.

3. Professional Services

VetMinds Solutions provides consultancy, marketing, recruitment support, training, and business development services. Specific service scopes and fees are governed by separate Client Agreements. By using any Service, you acknowledge and accept that VetMinds Solutions does not guarantee specific outcomes, financial results (revenue, leads), employment placements, or performance metrics; that all advice, recommendations, and training content are advisory or educational and are not substitutes for legal, financial, academic, or medical advice; and that clients retain sole responsibility for business decisions, regulatory compliance, operational choices, and employee management. We act only as an intermediary in recruitment and employers are responsible for candidate verification unless otherwise agreed. Certifications reflect course completion and do not guarantee professional licensing or career advancement.

4. Membership

VetMinds Solutions may offer paid or free membership programs (“Membership”) providing access to learning resources, exclusive content or tools, discounts on training or services, community forums or events, and priority access to specific services or support. Membership benefits, structure, and eligibility criteria may change at any time upon 30 days’ notice to current members. Membership is intended for individual use and grants a non-transferable, revocable, limited license unless otherwise specified in writing.

5. Membership Fees, Payments & Refunds

5.1 Payment Terms

• Membership fees must be paid in full upon registration unless installment options are explicitly offered.
• All payments must be made using accepted payment methods displayed on the website and you warrant you are authorized to use the chosen payment method.
• VetMinds Solutions reserves the right to modify subscription pricing or membership fees upon 30 days’ notice.

5.2 Refunds

• Membership fees are strictly non-refundable unless explicitly stated in the membership description or required by applicable law.
• Refund requests must be submitted via the official support channel within the specified window and may be subject to administrative fees.

6. Termination or Cancellation of Membership

6.1 VetMinds Solutions’ Right to Terminate

Membership may be suspended or terminated immediately and without refund if a member violates these Terms or any other policy, engages in fraudulent or illegal activity, has incomplete or declined payments, misuses Membership benefits or shares access without authorization, or provides false or misleading information during registration.

6.2 Member Cancellation

Members may cancel at any time through account settings or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Refunds (if applicable) follow the Membership Refund Policy. VetMinds Solutions reserves the right to deny future Membership access in cases of policy violations or misconduct.

7. User Information & Accounts

When submitting personal information or creating an account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information; maintain confidentiality of login details and be solely responsible for activities under your account; notify us immediately of any unauthorized account use; and not share accounts unless permitted by specific membership terms. VetMinds Solutions may suspend or delete accounts suspected of misuse or fraudulent activity.

8. Intellectual Property

All Platform content—including trademarks, text, graphics, videos, images, course materials, templates, designs, and digital resources—is owned by or licensed to VetMinds Solutions and is protected by UAE and international copyright laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access the Platform content for your personal, non-commercial use, strictly as permitted by these Terms. You must not copy, transmit, distribute, display, sell, publicly perform, or reproduce content without written permission; use branding or materials for commercial purposes outside of receiving our Services; modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or exploit any part of the Platform; or remove any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices from the content. Unauthorized use may result in civil or criminal liability and termination of all User rights.

9. Third-Party Links

Our Platform may contain links to third-party websites or platforms provided for convenience. VetMinds Solutions does not control or endorse external websites and is not responsible for their privacy practices, accuracy, products, or services. Users access third-party websites at their own risk.

10. Data Protection

VetMinds Solutions is committed to protecting user privacy in accordance with applicable UAE data protection standards. We collect, process, and store personal data as described in our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your information as described in the Privacy Policy. Data may be transferred, stored, and processed outside of the UAE as necessary to deliver the Services, provided such transfers comply with our Privacy Policy. Users have the right to request access to stored data, correction of inaccurate data, and deletion of personal data (subject to legal retention requirements). 11. Limitation of Liability

The Platform and all Services are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law, VetMinds Solutions expressly disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. VetMinds Solutions disclaims liability for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind; loss of business, income, opportunities, data, or reputation; errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in Platform content; service interruptions, delays, or technical failures; decisions made based on our content, advice, or materials; and issues arising from third-party actions, platforms, or providers. Notwithstanding the foregoing, if VetMinds Solutions is found liable for any damage or loss, our total liability shall be limited to the amount paid by you to VetMinds Solutions for the Services giving rise to the liability in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. Use of the website and services is entirely at your own discretion and risk.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws and regulations of the Emirate of Sharjah and the Federal Laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Emirate of Sharjah, unless otherwise specified in a signed Client Agreement.

13. Miscellaneous Legal Provisions

13.1 Force Majeure

VetMinds Solutions shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance under these Terms due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, sabotage, labor disputes, power outages, global pandemics, or governmental action.

13.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from these Terms, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms, along with the Privacy Policy and any applicable Client Agreement, constitute the entire agreement between you and VetMinds Solutions concerning the use of the Platform and supersede all prior or contemporaneous understandings, whether written or oral.

15. Waiver

No failure or delay by VetMinds Solutions in exercising any right or remedy under these Terms will operate as a waiver of that right or remedy.
